7-Eleven said in a statement it disapproved of Chavez' comments, but insisted that politics…not part of the decision to end its 20-year agreement with Citgo.
The decision to drop Citgo at 7-Eleven stores was made well before the UN speech from Chavez…but now was a convenient time for a press release.
