-In Huntington, N.Y., a tree that is believed to be about 550 years old was weakened by the storm and fell Sunday. It was believed to be the oldest black oak in North America and once stood 90 feet high.
-Along our coast…
Numerous roads are still flooded east of I-95 including roads in Duplin, Jones and Sampson counties.
-About 140 people were evacuated in Duplin and Pender counties earlier in the week.

Please pass the lettuce. Evidence shows that approximately 80% of women in the US are not getting enough of the essential nutrients in their daily diet. Good news… A new study from the University of California, Los Angeles shows that eating a salad a day will definitely help.
