An overturned tractor trailer closed both lanes of NB 52 near Mile Marker 95 around 5am this morning. The driver of the truck lost control and flipped over. Rescue crews had to cut the driver out of the truck. (Metro Traffic / Fox 8)
The State Senate has approved a plan to allow long tractor trailers on more North Carolina roads.
