The students at Weaver Academy in Greensboro are hoping that someone will purchase their class project…a house. Students at Weaver Academy built the 1,344-square-foot house over the past two years on the school’s campus. The house failed to sell at auction on Thursday.
The next auction will take place sometime in January. The minimum acceptable bid is set at $38,500 (which does not include transportation of the house and land). When the house sells, the money will go back into an account to pay for the next home construction project.
