Another Winter Weather system is moving toward the East Coast. This weekend’s Winter Storm dumped up to 30 inches of snow on the nation's capitol. Parts of Virginia, Maryland and West Virginia got closer to 3 feet of snow. Federal agencies in DC as well as many businesses and school districts across the region will be closed today. More snow is expected on Tuesday…

A Connecticut fire official now says it's unclear whether everyone is accounted for after a massive explosion that killed at least five people at an under-construction power plant in Middleton, Connecticut. Search and rescue teams continue to sift through the rubble.

Senior Iranian officials have formally told the U.N. that their country will enrich uranium to higher levels. The production is meant for fuel for Iran's research reactor, which produces medical isotopes. World leaders fear that higher enrichment could ease the way for Iran to produce nuclear weapons.
