Three inches of snow in Asheville on Christmas Day could make a few customers at a jewelry store in Wilmington happy this Christmas. The Asheville Citizen-Times reporting that Alan Perry of Perry's Emporium will refund the cost of ALL jewelry purchased at his Wilmington store between November 26 and December 11…if at least 3 inches of snow falls at Asheville Regional Airport on Christmas Day. BTW: Perry bought an insurance policy to cover the potential refunds. FYI: In the past 50 years, Asheville has received 3 inches of snow or more on three separate Christmas’. www.wxii12.com/news/26249398/detail.html
