Can’t fit in 30 minutes a day of recommended exercise, well, how about 15 minutes?
New research suggesting that even a minimum amount of time spent exercising daily will lead to better health, and even add years to your life.  Men and women benefitted equally to time spent exercising.

The phrase "Nice guys finish last" appears to be the case in who gets paid the most. "Agreeable" or nice workers make much less than their ‘mean’ co-workers, with the pay gap wider among men.  The study, titled "Do Nice Guys—and Gals—Really Finish Last?" used survey data over 20 years to examine "agreeableness".  The findings: men who ‘disagreed’ the nost at work made 18% (or close to $10,000 dollars) - more in salary a year than those who were ‘agreeable’.  Same for women (but not as profitable), ‘disagreeable’ females made only 5% (or close to $2,000 dollars) more than those who were in the nice or ‘agree’ category.
The problem: many managers often don't realize that they reward are rewarding ‘bad behavior’ or disagreeableness.  The study contained data from over 20 years from three different surveys.

The state has chosen a ‘preferred route’ for widening Highway 109 to four lanes in Davidson and Forsyth counties. "Alternative 6" will run from Friendship-Ledford Road to I-40 near the current Highway 109 interchange. The Winston-Salem Journal reporting that the proposed path would take out 108 homes and 5 businesses.  Property owners that could be effected along the ‘preferred route’ are not very happy with the DOT's announcement. They say that having to wait several years to have their land purchased would significantly drop their property values.
