The issue of whether to build a second high school in Davie County will be settled at the end of the day on Tuesday. Voters in Davie County will go to the polls tomorrow to decide on a school bond issue. If approved, the vote would allow the county to borrow $30 million for a new high school in Smith Grove and $7 million for renovations to the current Davie County High School. (WS Journal)
Officials in Greensburg, Kansas saying that 95% of the town was destroyed by Friday's tornado. The governor of Kansas said the rebuilding effort in Greensburg, Kansas will be hampered because of some of the much-needed equipment is currently in Iraq. Greensburg residents will be allowed to return today to recover what they can. Residents will be bused in and must leave by 6 p.m. (CNN)
