Breaking News: JUNEAU, Alaska
The cruise ship “Empress of the North” has ran aground off the coast of Alaska. More than 200 people are being evacuated into life boats.
The Coast Guard was dispatched after receiving an emergency radio message at 12:35 a.m. this morning from the ship, operated by Majestic America Line of Seattle. (CNN)

The cost of a first class stamp up to 41 cents.
Also, under the new postal rate increase…you will need to measure size, thickness and weight of your letter or card. Good News: the ‘forever stamp’…a generic stamp that will always be valid for mailing a letter no matter how much rates increase. (USA Radio news)

Daimler-Benz announcing today that it will sell more than 80%
of its Chrysler Group to a private equity firm. The deal worth $7.4 billion dollars.
