Thanks to the remnants of Tropical Storm Humberto... Central NC (including the Triad) will get some much needed rain 90% chance of rain through tonight.

More earthquakes and aftershocks shaking Indonesia this morning. The Sumatra region of the Philippines has been especially hard hit. Earthquakes have hit Indonesia everyday since Wednesday.

PRESIDENT BUSH SPEAKING TO THE NATION LAST NIGHT…
The US will remain in Iraq…but a partial troop reduction will begin by October. Another 35-hundred troops are expected to be brought home by Christmas.

THE INTERNATIONAL BIBLE SOCIETY HAS RELEASED A BIBLE DESIGNED FOR THE SPOUSES OF THOSE SERVING IN THE MILITARY. It’s called ‘Finding Hope Beyond The Battle’. 55-thousand copies of the new IBS Bible will be distributed free of charge through military chaplains to families of deployed troops. The NFL has slapped Patriots Head coach Bill Belichick with a
500-thousand dollar fine…and another 250-thousand dollar fine for the team.
The Patriots must also forfeit a draft pick in 2008.
The penalties were handed down after the New England Patriots were caught videotaping the NY Jets from the sidelines during last Sunday’s game.
