The funeral service for Khalid Prince is scheduled for noon this Saturday at Pinedale Christian Church. Visitation for the family will be Friday night from 7 to 9 p.m. also at Pinedale. All services are open to the public. Pineville Christian Church is located on Peter's Creek Parkway (or Highway 150 south of WS)

THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES IS EXPECTED TO VOTE TODAY ON A $15 billion dollar FEDERAL BAILOUT LOAN FOR THE U.S. AUTO INDUSTRY. If approved the car companies could get the emergency loan as early as next week.

The man who lost his entire family when an F-18 fighter jet crashed in a neighborhood near San Diego is asking the public to pray for the pilot of the plane. Don Yoon lost his wife, two young daughters and his mother-in-law on Monday. Yoon says he does not blame the pilot who ejected safely from the F-18 before in crashed into his home. During his first visit back to what was left of his home, Yoon was joined in prayer by his pastor, brother, sister, and other supporters. Yoon is also asking for help in dealing with the loss of his family.

According to Major Paul Egan with the Salvation Army in Greensboro, someone intentionally put a counterfeit $100 bill in one of the red kettles. The Army receives more than cash and coins in their Red Kettles during the holidays including: buttons, batteries, foreign coins, stamps, fuses, flattened pennies even Chuckie Cheese tokens.
