Osama Bin Laden, leader of Al Qaeda and the mastermind behind the 9-11 terror attacks in the US, was killed during a fire-fight with U.S. Navy SEALS during a raid on a compound in Pakistan on Sunday. Bin Laden was not found in a cave in the mountains of Afghanistan but in a 3,000 square foot compound near Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan. After confirmation that it was indeed bin Laden, his body was buried at sea in keeping with Muslim tradition. President Obama, in a press conference before midnight last night, declaring that “justice has been done .” The State Department has issued a travel alert for U.S. citizens abroad and local law enforcement across the nation is also on alert for any suspicious activity.

New research suggests many U.S. babies are fed herbal supplements or teas. About 9 percent of the 2,600 mothers studied say that they had fed their infants ‘herbal supplements’ at least once. Gripe water for colic and chamomile tea were the most common products.
BTW: Gripe water is simply purified water fortified with herbs (such as peppermint, chamomile or ginger or a combination of these herbs). The FDA study can be found in the journal Pediatrics http://apnews.myway.com/article/20110502/D9MV2P300.html
