Police in Blue Ash, Ohio have arrested 89-year-old Edna Jester and charging her with petty theft. Neighborhood children have accused her of refusing to give back their football. Jester is accused kept the youngsters' ball after it landed in her yard. There has been an ongoing dispute in the neighborhood over kids' balls landing in the woman's yard. Jester is to appear in court next month.
