All three candidates for governor will meet in a final debate tonight in Charlotte. Gubernatorial candidates: McCrory, Munger and Perdue will discuss the issues between 7-8pm tonight. You can see the debate locally on Fox 8 WGHP.

Republican vice presidential candidate Sarah Palin will make a campaign stop in North Carolina on Thursday at Elon University's Latham Park baseball stadium. Doors will open at noon. A complimentary ticket is required.

Hurricane watches and warnings have been posted for the northeast Caribbean including the U.S. and British Virgin Islands. Hurricane Omar could dump up to 20 inches of rain to portions of Puerto Rico. The Atlantic hurricane season continues through Nov. 30th.
