Officials at Moses Cone Health System are asking the public to stay away if possible. A highly contagious stomach virus has appeared in the community, and cases have shown up at the hospital. The virus has been identified as a norovirus. Symptoms include: nausea, vomiting or diarrhea.Dehydration is a serious side effect of the illness. Reality TV star Anna Nicole Smith collapsed and died Thursday afternoon at a south Florida hotel. An autopsy is planned later today. She was 39 years old. Honda is set to make a "major announcement" this morning Greensboro. Honda has already picked PTI Airport as the corporate office for the HondaJet project. A manufacturing center for HondaJet is likely coming to PTI…bringing 300 new jobs to the Triad.
