TROPICAL STORM NOEL IS NOW HURRICANE NOEL
The National Hurricane Center is urging coastal residents from North Carolina northward to keep an ear to the radio for any changes in the path of Hurricane Noel.

Many families have been displaced by Tropical Storm Noel. In the Dominican Republic, officials with Compassion International are assisting families who are seeking shelter at partner churches. Noel is blamed for close to 80 deaths in the Caribbean.
