Millions of the popular Spin Master Aqua Dots have been pulled from shelves in North America and Australia. The chemical coating around the toy beads converts into a powerful "date rape" drug when ingested. The Consumer Product Safety Commission telling consumers to keep the recalled Aqua Dots away from children. If swallowed, the toxic coating can cause respiratory depression and seizures. Mayor John Jenkins is getting another term in office even though he wasn't on the ballot. Jenkins made history on Tuesday by becoming the first person in Auburn, Maine to win a citywide election as a write-in candidate.Jenkins says he decided not to run for another term as Mayor because it was taking too much time away from his day job.
But he won the write-in vote. The people have spoken…Jenkins will serve.
