Millions of the popular Spin Master Aqua Dots have been pulled from shelves in North America and Australia. The chemical coating around the toy beads converts into a powerful "date rape" drug when ingested. The Consumer Product Safety Commission telling consumers to keep the recalled Aqua Dots away from children. If swallowed, the toxic coating can cause respiratory depression and seizures. Major move to Mooresville: Petty Enterprises will be moving its Nextel Cup Race team from Level Cross to Mooresville, just north of Charlotte. The move will begin next month.

School shooting near Helsinki, Finland: An 18-year-old student with a hand gun went on a shooting spree yesterday killing seven other students and the principal before turning the gun on himself. The teen shooter was described as a social outcast who was "bullied in school."

-700 Club founder Pat Robertson has endorsed Republican presidential candidate Rudy Giuliani. Many conservatives are questioning the endorsement based on Giuliani’s liberal stance on abortion and homosexuality that puts him in conflict with conservative GOP orthodoxy.

Post election update from Auburn, Maine:
Mayor John Jenkins is getting another term in office even though he wasn't on the ballot. Jenkins made history on Tuesday by becoming the first person in Auburn, Maine to win a citywide election as a write-in candidate.Jenkins says he decided not to run for another term as Mayor because it was taking too much time away from his day job.
But he won the write-in vote. The people have spoken…Jenkins will serve.
