Winston-Salem's downtown baseball stadium will NOT likely be finished this season. Construction on the stadium, which is being built at Peters Creek Parkway and First Street, is all but at a standstill -- crews have not been there in weeks. NORWICH, Conn. (AP) - Police arrested a 29-year-old man on car theft charges at a church on Sunday, the same church Police Capt. Timothy Menard attends regularly. Menard said that it seemed like every time the suspect needed gas, he stole a new car. Menard said the pastor of Norwich Alliance Church alerted him to the suspect's presence.
