Ten states including Florida, South Carolina and Texas are planning on filing a federal lawsuit challenging the constitutionality of the new health care reform bill that passed on Sunday. Florida's attorney general Bill McCollum, saying that the recently passed Healthcare Bill will force states to spend money, which violates 10th Amendment. Republicans are working on repealing the healthcare legislation. Obama and the Democrats are trying to keep voters focused on the new benefits, rather than the size, cost or complexity of the bill.

Toyota warned dealerships back in 2002 that Camry owners were complaining about throttles surging and recommended adjustments in an electronic control unit to fix the problem. According to a document obtained by CNN, a service bulletin went to every U.S. Toyota dealership in late August 2002 after some customers reported their vehicles were speeding up unexpectedly. The Internet company Google has announced that it will stop censoring search results in China and redirect search requests from Chinese users through its server in Hong Kong. In an announcement posted on the company's Web site Monday, Google said the decision did not mean it was leaving China.
