Heat Advisory for most of North Carolina today including the Triad   Mostly sunny and HOT...High 97.  The Heat index or the ‘feel like’ temperature will be 103 degrees this afternoon.

With temperatures back into the 90s, you need to stay hydrated if you are going to be outside in the heat!  Drink lots of water…even when you don't feel thirsty. Wearing lightweight, light-colored clothing can also keep you cooler.
