(9am) Several families have been evacuated near Bessemer Ave. in Greensboro due to a gas leak. Crews are investigating a gas leak at a vacant home near Bessemer Ave. between English and East Market Streets. Fox 8 reporting that Greensboro police said the gas leak may be related to a copper theft at the vacant home. The incident is still under investigating.
