Meredith Worley from Lexington will be going to the ACC Basketball tournament in Greensboro ‘in style’ this week, all because she filled out an entry form at an area Food Lion several weeks ago. Meredith is one of three semi-finalists in the “Pepsi half court shot for a million dollars”.  Meredith says that no matter what happens Friday night…”It's ALL His anyways... BUT one thing's for sure, Scott (her husband) and I are going to have a ball! I'm so happy for him to be able to go to this tournament and for us to spend time together.”
BTW: Whoever makes the most free throws Friday night, will then take a shot from half-court to win a million dollars.    WBFJ News (verne)
