A wind-driven wildfire has destroyed at least 165 homes and other structures just southwest of Lake Tahoe. The fire is threatening at least 500 additional homes. Firefighters trying to contain the wildfire that has scorched over 750 acres. (CNN)
CANTON, Ohio…A former classmate of a man suspected of murdering a pregnant woman has been arrested on a related obstruction of justice charge, the FBI said. Myisha Ferrell was arrested hours after the body of 26-year-old Jessie Davis was found The Summit County medical examiner on Sunday confirmed the body was Davis'. Father of Davis' boy, policeman Bobby Cutts Jr., faces 2 murder counts. CNN source says Cutts led police to the body. (CNN) –

A law awaiting approval by the Senate would allow motorcyclists to run a red light if they wait more than three minutes for the traffic light to change to green. Senate Bill 1359 is a response to complaints by Motorcyclists that say metal found in motorcycles is not close enough to the ground to trigger pavement sensors that change traffic lights.With the new law, it would still make motorcyclists liable for running a red light and causing an accident or traffic incident.
The Senate Bill heads to the House this week, and if passed, motorcyclists will have freedom to run lights start December 1st. (FOX8 News)
Disney Pictures and Walden Media already planning for a third Narnia movie…Michael Apted (who directed the movie ‘Amazing Grace’) will direct "The Chronicles of Narnia: The Voyage of the Dawn Treader," the third installment in the series. You may be wondering about the second Narnia movie "The Chronicles of Narnia: Prince Caspian," will be released in 2008.
"The Voyage of the Dawn Treader" will begin shooting in January and in theaters in May 2009.
