A unique luncheon fundraiser to help fight hunger in our community.
'Empty Bowls' takes place this Wednesday (April 23, 2008) Administrative Professionals' Day from 11 to 2pm at the Millennium Center (101 West Fifth Street on the corner of 5th & Trade) in downtown Winston-Salem. Proceeds from 'Empty Bowls' goes to Second Harvest Food Bank of NW North Carolina
Enjoy a savory soup lunch and select a handcrafted pottery bowl to take home as a reminder of those who face empty bowls and cupboards in our community.
