More details about the ‘octuplets’ born to a California woman on Monday. The mom of the new 8 is actually the mom of a total of 14 kids! The six older siblings range from ages 7 to 2.
The octuplets (six boys and two girls) ranging in weight from 1 pound, 8 ounces to 3 pounds, 4 ounces -- are doing well following their C-section delivery. SPORTS: The Lady Wolfpack lost to Boston College last night 62-51 in their first game since the passing of longtime NC State coach Kay Yow who lost her battle with breast cancer on Saturday. The Lady Wolfpack team wore pink uniforms. Even the opposing team wore pink shoelaces. Pink is the universal color of breast-cancer awareness.
A public viewing for Kay Yow will be held at Colonial Baptist Church in Cary today from 10 to 2pm. The funeral service will be held at 3pm.
Yow will be buried in her hometown of Gibsonville on Saturday.
