It’s all for fun but a serious learning experience: Today, Kids from kindergarten to high school in several counties (including Forsyth, Guilford, Davie and Randolph) will get to cast their paper ballot in this year’s election. The goal of the ‘Kids Voting’ program is to increase informed voter participation by teaching students about the elections process and by encouraging them to become lifetime voters who are involved in their community.
