The prayers of one Greensboro woman literally stops an attempted robbery. According to police, Kathy Headen (39) was getting books out of her car at the Vance Chavis Library in Greensboro Wednesday evening when a man approached her and demanded her cell phone and purse. When Headen saw the man, she began to pray aloud. The suspect asked her to stop talking so loudly, but when Headen refused to listen, the suspect left without taking anything.
