A school staffer with the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools has been fired over his posting on Facebook. Another employee could be next. The Charlotte Observer reporting that seven employees in the system have been disciplined because of Facebook entries.

One day, every knee will bow: The Alliance Defense Fund, has filed a friend-of-the-court brief with the Supreme Court in support of a New Jersey High School football coach. The school district is prohibiting the coach from silently bowing his head or kneeling while his team prays. The East Brunswick School District has a policy of prohibiting faculty from participating in student-led prayers. A federal district court ruled that the school policy is unconstitutional.
