Phelps also losing an endorsement from Kellogg after photos of Phelps smoking marijuana surfaced in a British newspaper. Phelps has apologized for what he called "regrettable" behavior and "bad judgment".

Job Alert: Great Wolf Lodge is holding a job fair today through Saturday at Lowe's Motor Speedway…hoping to fill 500 jobs. The resort off I-85 near Concord opens at the end of March and will offers an 80,000-square-foot indoor water park and more than 400 hotel rooms.

A 60-year-old Canadian woman has reportedly given birth to twin boys after undergoing fertility treatments. The first-time mother, Ranjit Hayer telling the Canadian Broadcasting Corporation that she has tried to conceive naturally for decades. Giving birth at that age is rare but not unheard of. In November, a woman in India who claimed to be about 70 gave birth to her first child. Her age could not be confirmed because she had no birth certificate.

Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg is recovering after pancreatic cancer surgery yesterday. The early stage cancer was discovered during a routine check-up in late January. The 75-year old Ginsburg was appointed to the High Court by President Clinton in 1993.

Pirates have released that Ukranian ship after receiving a $3 million dollar ransom. The ship loaded with military weapons and tanks has been held by Pirates off the coast of Somalia since September. Pirates have captured nearly 50 ships since last year off the Horn of Africa.
