Just a reminder: Grandparents Day is this Sunday.

Today is September 11, 2009…the eighth anniversary of the 9-11 terror attacks. Ceremonies are planned this morning at the World Trade Center, the Pentagon and in a field in Pennsylvania on this National Day of Service and Remembrance. President Obama will attend a ceremony at the Pentagon in Washington, D.C. WBFJ will observe a ‘moment of silence’ this morning around 8:46am…the moment the first jetliner struck the World Trade Center in New York City.
Fact: Of the nearly-three thousand victims, more than 27 hundred were in New York City, where both twin towers collapsed after being hit by the hijacked planes.
