Back in the air Officials saying that about 75% of flights will operate in Europe today, as countries start to lift restrictions caused by that huge volcanic ash cloud from Iceland. London's Heathrow receives 25 long-haul flights overnight, no departures yet. FYI: Air carriers have lost an estimated $1.7 billion dollars in revenue so far.

Evangelist Billy Graham returned to Charlotte yesterday to re-dedicate the to re-open the Billy Graham Library. The Library has been closed since January for upgrades and additions. And, scheduled to re-open to the public today (Wed).

Officials with Apple saying now that the new iPad with 3G service from AT&T will arrive a week earlier than May 7th. You can pick up your iPad 3G beginning at 5pm on Friday April 30th.

"Pray for a miracle that we stay open" That’s one of the final messages to customers on the East Bend Dinette Facebook page. The restaurant, located on Highway 67 in East Bend, is closing at the end of business today (Wed) after 34 years in business. The owner stated health reasons and the economy have prompted the East Bend Dinette to close.

Old Salem is closing its Toy Museum and selling its contents. Money raised from selling the ‘toys’ will establish two funds that would allow the purchase and conservation of Moravian objects and Southern decorative arts. The museum will close May 17. The US Supreme Court earlier in the week heard arguments in a religious freedom case brought against a California School of Law. Attorneys for the Christian Legal Society at Hastings College of Law in California filed the suit in 2004 after the group was denied recognition on campus because they require officers and voting members to adhere to Christian beliefs. - Chief Justice John Roberts and Justice Samuel Alito argued that forcing groups to allow those who don't share similar beliefs was unfair to the organizations. - Justice Antonin Scalia called it "crazy" and "weird" to require the Christian society to allow atheists not just to join, but to conduct Bible classes. A decision is expected in June.

SPORTS: The president of the Colorado Rockies, Keli McGregor, has died. McGregor, age 48, seemingly died of natural causes at a hotel room in Salt Lake City.
