One of the 4 men lost off Florida's Gulf Coast has been rescued. Nick Schuyler telling rescuers that the boat that he and 3 other men were riding in while on a fishing trip flipped over Saturday during a storm. NFL's Corey Smith and Marquis Cooper and a third man remain missing

The North Carolina mother who reported for Army duty with her two young children will receive an honorable discharge or a general discharge under honorable conditions from the military. Lisa Pagan was recalled to the Army four years after being released from active duty, which is allowed under the military's "individual ready reserve" program. Return America is holding a "Stand Up for Traditional Marriage" rally today in downtown Raleigh. North Carolina law defines marriage as the union of one man and one woman. But social conservatives want specific language added to the state constitution, arguing that a voter-approved amendment banning same sex marriage would push back court challenges. Thirty states have such bans.
