The Winston-Salem city council wants to know what will vote on lending the Winston-Salem Dash owner $12.7 million dollars to finish building their downtown baseball stadium. Council members hope citizens will let them know what they think of the plan between now and the special meeting 5:30 p.m. this afternoon. Auditions for "Who Wants To Be A Millionaire" are going on this morning in Charlotte. -Auditions start with a timed test. A "Millionaire" producer will then interview those who pass. Those who pass this morning’s test sessions will be given a specific time to return in the afternoon for another interview. The producer will consider those who audition for either the syndicated version of the show, hosted by Meredith Vieira, or the 10th anniversary edition, which Regis Philbin will host.
