Breaking News: BRASILIA, Brazil (AP) - Brazil's Air Force says it has found airplane seats and other debris floating in the Atlantic Ocean along the path that a missing Air France jet was flying. Rescue teams continued to search for survivors of an Air France passenger jet that disappeared over the Atlantic Ocean Sunday night. An atheist group claims that the National Day of Prayer is unconstitutional. District Court Judge Barbara Crabb is moving forward with the case brought on by the Madison-based Freedom From Religion Foundation. The nation's largest group of atheists and agnostics wants to prove that the National Day of Prayer event violates the Constitution's provision for separation of church and state. Charges will be filed today against Scott Roeder, the man suspected of shooting and killing Dr George Tiller at a Kansas church on Sunday. Roeder was arrested just hours after the shooting. Tiller was one of the nation’s few doctors that provided late-term abortions.
