It’s the state’s first confirmed death from the H1N1 Virus (or Swine Flu). Health officials confirming that a Guilford County man, who died last Friday, tested positive for the H1N1 flu.

FYI: Nationwide…there have been 87 deaths related to the H1NI virus as of Friday…with nearly 21,500 confirmed cases nationwide.
