The Creation Science Educators caucus of the National Education Association will be handing out copies of the Charles Darwin Bible at next month’s annual NEA convention. Ever heard of the Charles Darwin Bible (from Holman Bible Outreach)?
The pocket-sized New Testaments cover such topics as: why there is suffering, who made God, the Big Bang, the origin of life and DNA. The Bibles were donated by the Answers In Genesis ministry. The caucus says its purpose is to reach teachers with the Gospel and creation message and not necessarily to, quote, "change the system." The NEA is holding its annual convention in San Diego from July 1 -3. FYI: 200th anniversary of Darwin's birth and the 150th anniversary of the publication of his On the Origin of Species book happening in 2009.
