A person was killed early Monday morning following a hit and run accident on Highway 29 northbound near Florida Street in Greensboro. According to police, the accident happened around 3 a.m. this morning. The road is back open. A minivan going the wrong way just North of New York City leaves 8 people dead. The collision claimed the lives of five of the six people in the minivan, as well as all three people in one of the other vehicles. The woman's five-year old son was the only survivor in the minivan and he was critically injured.
