GASOLINE PRICES KEEP FALLING: It's the eleventh day in a row that the national average price for regular unleaded has gone down. Triple A says the national average for regular unleaded…$2.63. Also: Triple A estimating that about 37 million travelers will take a trip of 50 miles or more away from home during the Fourth of July weekend.

Winston-Salem officials are once again disputing population estimates from the U.S. Census. New census data put the city's population at 217,600 as of July 1, 2008, but city officials say that Winston-Salem has a lot more residents than that figure. This is the second time that city officials have challenged population estimates from the U.S. Census.

A US Airways flight from Charlotte to Los Angeles was diverted to Albuquerque after a male passenger removed his clothing in mid-flight. Eyewitnesses say that Keith Wright (age 50) of New York took his clothes off while sitting in his seat in the back of the plane. A judge issued a temporary injunction yesterday to lift Jeremy Mayfield's drug suspension, leaving Mayfield free to race at Daytona this weekend.Mayfield's attorneys said that NASCAR's drug testing system was flawed.
