Tens of thousands of people are demanding that Egypt’s long-time President (Mubarak) step down after nearly 30 years in power. Banks and schools remain closed for the third working day. Some food shortages are being reported. Internet service was shutdown earlier in the week.

A fire that broke out Friday afternoon at the 109 U Pull It salvage yard on Thomasville Road in Forsyth County caused more than (half million dollars) in damages. More than a year after paying the city of Winston-Salem thousands of dollars for water that he says he DID NOT use, Jim Moury has now filed a lawsuit. Jim who owns Upper Crust Pizza says that his water bill is usually about $130 dollars a month. That’s why Jim was very surprised when he got a $1,400 water bill. Jim said the city has come to inspect his business for leaks twice, but nothing was found and his bills kept going up.
