More than a year after paying the city of Winston-Salem thousands of dollars for water that he says he DID NOT use, Jim Moury has now filed a lawsuit. Jim who owns Upper Crust Pizza says that his water bill is usually about $130 dollars a month. That’s why Jim was very surprised when he got a $1,400 water bill. Jim said the city has come to inspect his business for leaks twice, but nothing was found and his bills kept going up.
