Singer-songwriter BRANDON HEATH IS ORGANIZING A BENEFIT CONCERT FOR THE VICTIMS OF THE RECENT DEADLY TORNADOES IN TENNESSEE. A free concert is scheduled for this Sunday, March second at Fellowship Bible Church in Brentwood, Tennessee. Among those joining Heath will be Bebo Norman and Christy Nockels (Watermark). Strong storms on February 5th left 14 people dead and 150 homes and businesses destroyed. Heath was inspired to plan the benefit after personally visiting western Tennessee to help in the clean-up efforts. http://www.brandonheath.net/

Dave Clark Five lead singer Mike Smith died of pneumonia on Thursday…less than two weeks before the band is to be inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame. Smith was 64.
