A PIG HAS CONTRACTING THE H1N1 -- OR SWINE FLU The Department of Agriculture says it has confirmed the presence of H1N1 in a pig at the Minnesota State Fair. The government has stressed that people cannot get H1N1 flu from eating pork.

The Forsyth County Health Department is offering H1N1 Flu shots to children (and certain adults) TODAY starting 1pm…until they run out.

BABY FOOD RECALL: Plum Organics of Emeryville, California is recalling some of its apple and carrot portable pouch baby food over concerns of possible botulism contamination. The product was sold nationwide at Toys-R-Us and Babies-R-Us stores. The recalled product is sold in 4.22-ounce pouches, with a "best by" date of May 21, 2010, and UPC 890180001221.

G-M-A-C’s local operations are being sold to AmTrust. The investment group plans on keeping majority of the jobs in Winston-Salem.

Apple sold more Macs and i-Phones between July and September than in any other quarter in the company’s history. While Apple sold more iPhones and Mac computers last fewer iPods were sold. Those sales helped to push Apple's total revenue up to almost $9.9 billion dollars.

A new Obama policy orders authorities to relax ‘medical marijuana’ enforcement. Under the policy, federal prosecutors are being told it is ‘not a good use of their time’ to arrest people who use or provide medical marijuana in strict compliance with state law. According to the government, a total of 14 states allow some form of medical marijuana use

Thousands of students will remain ‘silent’ today for a purpose. Today is the sixth annual Pro-Life Day of Silent Solidarity. Participates are taking a vow ‘not to speak’ during the school day today drawing attention to the thousands of abortions which are performed every day in the US.

EVANGELIST FRANKLIN GRAHAM SPOKE TO NEARLY TEN THOUSAND PEOPLE IN CHINA OVER THE WEEKEND. Graham presented the Gospel at China's second largest church on Sunday. More than one thousand people responded to receive Christ. FYI: Ruth Bell Graham, was born in China in 1920.
